Everyone knows that a happy client provides many rewards such as repeat business, brand advocacy and referrals. Client satisfaction creates customer loyalty.

Today, many marketers track the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), especially since it costs 5-6x more to acquire a new customer than to retain a current one.

Design Group’s Infor XA team was recently recognized by a client for their hard work and dedication on an ongoing project. The team spent the last 18 months implementing a new ERP System and integrating multiple enterprise applications, including their ERP and CRM Systems.

Customer SatisfactionThe result was a 360º view of all customer information readily available for all users. Customer buying behavior, opportunities, quotes, shipments, invoices, etc. are now easily accessible. This allows our client to better serve their customers and improve customer service.

We integrated and modernized the client’s existing Order Entry system and created automated data flows and processes. The client’s billing department was overjoyed with the amount of time the automation reduced, with one calling the new program a “lifesaver”.

The Design Group team was recognized by the client with several awards for our commitment and focus on providing their customer’s additional value.

Personal accolades are always appreciated, but even more rewarding is knowing that the newly integrated systems and automated processes will continue to reduce costs, improve efficiency and make the daily lives of the end users easier.
