Responsibilities
  • • Execution of Projects including proposal development and presentation, management of project resources, project budgets and forecasting, schedule management, project engineering, integration, installation, start-up and project closure.
  • • Maintain and develop current and new client relationships.
  • • Successful Design Group Project Managers have leadership skills and experience with a drive to grow and expand local and regional clients.
Education

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.

Experience
  • • 7+ years of project management experience with packaging line, automation, or manufacturing applications.
  • • Experience managing capital improvement, remediation, serialization and validation projects within the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry.
  • • Outstanding engineering and project skills including machinery applications and computer skills
  • • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • • Experience managing contractors.
  • • Experience developing all required project documentation.

Travel

20-40% regional travel to local client facilities in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana will be required. Work at remote client facilities will be required on a sporadic basis. Occasional work out of the Chicago office and commute as required based on project needs.
